Taj Mahal Tour by Train - Gatimaan Express

Your Taj Mahal Tour by Gatimaan Express train will start with a pick-up from your hotel in Delhi at 7:00 AM. After pick-up from the hotel in Delhi, our driver will drop you at the railway station and he will help you find your train coach and seats. This train will take 1 hr 40 min to reach Agra from Delhi.

At 9:50 AM, your train will arrive in Agra and you will meet your tour guide, right in front of your coach waiting for you. Then get seated in your car and proceed to visit the Taj Mahal.

Then after visiting the Taj Mahal you will proceed to visit Agra Fort. This building itself gives you the view of the glorious rule of the Mughal’s. The structure hold a brief history of not just the emperor Shah Jahan but this Great Grandfather Akbar the Great. Who made the fort in the mid of the 15th century. Expected time of stay in Agra fort 1 hour.

After visiting Taj Mahal proceed for a lunch break. Enjoy the lunch at 5 Star hotel in Agra.

After lunch break proceed to Enjoy some shopping in Agra which is known for its fabulous handicrafts, made of marble and softstone inlay work. Agra’s major handicraft products besides inlay work are: leatherware, brassware, carpets, jewelry and embroidery work. The Mughals were great patrons of arts and crafts. Empress Nur Jahan took personal interest and was an accomplished artist herself in zari embroidery work.

After finishing your sightseeing in Agra, we will drop you at Agra Railway Station by 5:30 PM. Around 5:50 PM your train will leave from Agra to Delhi. Enjoy the light snack meals served in the train.

At 7:30 PM, you will arrive back in Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, your driver will meet you in front of train coach. Your driver will drop you at your preferred location in Delhi.
